			Baking Instructions: You will need- 3/4 to 1 cup heavy whipping cream (No heavy whipping cream? Use 6 tablespoons softened butter and 1/3 cup vitamin D milk) Directions- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (convection oven to 325 degrees). Place all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and pour in 3/4 cup of cream, mixing as you pour. Stir until the cream is absorbed in the mix. Work the dough around the bowl until all the dry ingredients are incorporated and the dough is slightly sticky to the touch, adding the remaining cream as needed. Place the dough on a lightly floured counter and press into a 6 inch circle, 3/4 inch thick (rolling pin is not necessary), then cut the dough into 8 pie shaped wedges. Place the wedges on a baking sheet (grease the sheet or use parchment paper, brush with remaining cream and sprinkle with our gourmet lavender sugar crystals or apply a thin layer of our gourmet lavender infused honey. Bake for 20-24 minutes or until lightly browned (insert a toothpick into center of scone. They are done if it's clean). Remove from the oven and cool before serving.
